Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

- 🇪🇺 European Union: 15–25 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 15–25 business days
- 🇺🇸 United States: 15–30 business days
- Rest of World: 20–40 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
