Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window We want you to love your Flex Contour leggings. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed cannot be returned.
How to Return Please contact us at flexcontour@outlook.com before sending any items back. We will review your request and provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at flexcontour@outlook.com with a photo of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
EU & UK Customers In accordance with EU and UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
